I am happy to create custom and personalized orders for cards or prints. At this time, my shop only lists cards. If you are interested in a print of a card's photograph, please message me. PLEASE NOTE: All canvas and metal print orders (all sizes) are custom and cannot be returned. All print orders larger than 16x20 are custom and may only be returned if damaged in transit. Please contact me to discuss returns of damaged prints.

Cards are a 5"x5" photograph attached to a card measuring 5-1/4" square. Envelopes measure 5-1/2" square. NOTE: Square cards require additional postage of approximately 15 cents.

Cards may not be returned unless damaged in transit. Prints may be returned. Notify me within 3 days of receipt and return the shipment within 7 days. Prints must be returned in original condition and original packaging at buyer's expense for refund of print purchase price. Any damage to the print will affect the amount refunded.

Prints sized larger than 16x20 may only be returned if damaged in transit.

Canvas and metal prints are custom and cannot be returned.

Items damaged in transit or with quality issues will be replaced. Please see below.

Any cards, print, canvas or metal print damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage. Please retain all packaging until advised that the claimed item has been re-ordered.

Please allow adequate time for delivery. You will be sent tracking information for your order. Very rarely, a package will show as delivered but will not have been. This is due to errors in the way postal services update tracking. Please be patient. In nearly all cases, the package is delivered the next day. I will work with you to make sure your package is received and will replace it if it proves to be lost.
